Testing, education, and decision making.
The traditional healthcare model often doesn't value the middle and late stages of rehabilitation. Athletes are left unprepared, uninformed, and at risk for re-injury. At Stamina, we believe in the exact opposite. Athletes deserve to have all their questions answered, to be prepared mentally and physically, and to have a well thought out plan to transition back into their sports. Once in the return to performance phase, we educate our athletes on what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. Each assessment prepares the athlete for a new training block. We strive to promote a collaborative environment with others involved, including coaches, the sports medicine team, and family.
