Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely not. As sports physical therapists, we are trained not only to treat injuries but also to assess movement, motor control, stability, performance capacity, and much more from a performance lens. Our goal is to keep you performing at your best, pain-free. Many people benefit from preventative care, maintenance care, and performance optimization.
Once your new patient intake forms are complete, your medical history will be reviewed before your scheduled evaluation time. The evaluation lasts for an hour, and time is allotted to discuss your injury history, sport demands, understand your goals, and develop a plan. During this time, physical and performance assessments will be completed as indicated. You will be given a plan, an individual exercise program, and any remaining questions will be answered.
We chose not to be in-network with health insurance providers. This allows us to practice at the top of our license and deliver the experience that we believe in, not what someone who has never met you says you need. All client experiences are one-on-one to ensure that no time is being wasted. We can provide a superbill to be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement at your request.

Credit card, Debit card, and FSA/HSA are all accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
